Processing time
Every roamstride item is printed just for you once you order. Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be produced before it ships — this is separate from the shipping/transit time below.

Shipping time

United States:

Standard shipping: 2-5 business days
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories: additional 7-12 business days

Order tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Where we ship
We currently ship exclusively within the United States. We're not able to ship to addresses outside the US at this time.

Delayed or lost packages
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, please contact us at info@roamstride.com with your order number and we'll look into it right away.

Order changes and cancellations
Because each item is made to order, we're only able to modify or cancel an order before it enters production. Once production has started, we're unable to make changes.
